We are proud to have a highly skilled Technical Department, with over 60 collective years of experience in audio visual equipment.. The technical department provides repairs, spares, support and fixes to all of our equipment either in house or to outside clients. Our pro-active hands-on approach is well received by all clients and results in strong relationships often resulting in us supporting many clients projects year after year. We believe that we should be responsive to our clients’ needs, delivering an exceptional level of service and we have been fortunate enough to work and learn in many countries around the worldHSL’s dedicated technicians and onsite event support staff have many years of experience and extensive knowledge of all aspects of temporary and permanent equipment solutions. We pride ourselves on our open and collaborative approach with our clients, which enable us to work closer together.

We ensure all our technicians are fully qualified and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience (excluding apprentices). The team in the technical department currently provide support throughout the week and also providing an out of hours service. In the very near future HSL are looking at opening a live chat feature to enable customers and clients to speak to a live agent.
